How to get there
To accommodate exhibitors and the public, Bologna Fiere has made available 40,000 square meters, spread over 4 pavilions: 29 and 30 will host the Winemakers, while 28 and 26 will be dedicated to food and other services.
Among the logistical innovations introduced by BolognaFiere to improve the visitor experience is the opening of the Piazza Costituzione entrance, in addition to the traditional North entrance. In addition to facilitating the arrival of visitors on foot or by public transport, this will allow the use of the Piazza Costituzione car park in addition to the 5,500 parking spaces in the Michelino multi-storey car park, which is easily accessible from the “Bologna Fiera” motorway exit.

You can purchase the offer via the Trenitalia app, at ticket offices and authorised travel agencies, or on the trenitalia.com website:
• select your outward or return journey to Bologna
• select “see other offers” and, in the relevant drop-down menu in the “Offer” section, choose 'Special Events'
• enter the code “BOLOGNAFIERE” in the “Agreement code” field
• select “Confirm”
• follow the same procedure for the return journey

Booking changes, ticket changes and refunds are not permitted.
Discounted tickets are valid for travel between 13 and 18 November 2025. Outbound tickets must be to Bologna for travel between 13 and 17 November 2025, while return tickets must be from Bologna for travel between 15 and 18 November 2025.
The promotion is valid for travel on Frecciarossa, Frecciargento and Frecciabianca trains, in 1st and 2nd class, in Business, Premium and Standard service levels. The Executive level and seat reservations in lounges are excluded. Tickets can be purchased via the Trenitalia app, at ticket offices and authorised travel agencies, or on the trenitalia.com website, until midnight on the fifth day before the train's departure. The number of seats available for each discount level is limited and varies depending on the day of the week, the train, and the class or service level. At the time of purchase, the system always offers the most advantageous price available.

Those arriving at BolognaFiere by public transport or taxi will be able to access the Fair directly this year without the need for an internal shuttle bus.
HOW TO GET THERE BY CAR
From Florence, Milan and Ancona: take the “BOLOGNA FIERA” exit from the A14 highway.
From Padua: A13 highway, take the Arcoveggio exit, take the Bologna ring road in the direction of San Lazzaro to exit 8 (North Entrances and Michelino Parking).
During the Mercato dei Vini, you can park at the Michelino multi-storey car park and the Piazza Costituzione car park at a special rate of €8 for the whole day.

RAILWAY
From the Central Station, BolognaFiere can be reached:
By cab: you can find them in Piazza delle Medaglie d’Oro and at the Kiss&Ride area at the Via Carracci exit
By bus: TPER, lines 35 and 38, which take you to Piazza della Costituzione.
On foot: 30 minutes from the Via Carracci exit.
Bus
From the Central Station: TPER lines 35 direction Fiera and 38 (35 and 39 for return to station), get off at Piazza della Costituzione.
From the city center: bus 28, get off at Piazza della Costituzione.
Airports
From Guglielmo Marconi Airport BolognaFiere can be reached by cab (distance 8.5 km). At Marconi there is also a dedicated monorail train Marconi Express that arrives at Bologna Central Station in 7 minutes.
