The personal data indicated on this page are processed by the Data Controller in the execution of the contract, or in the absence of a contract, in the legitimate interest of the Data Controller to free economic initiative (ex art. 41 of the Constitution).

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, in the course of their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers and terminals used by users, the addresses in URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) notation of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and computer environment.

Cookies and other tracking systems

No use is made of cookies for user profiling, nor are other tracking methods employed.

Instead, use is made of session (non-persistent) cookies in a manner strictly limited to what is necessary for the safe and efficient navigation of the sites. The storage of session cookies in the terminals or browsers is under the control of the user, where on the servers, at the end of HTTP sessions, information related to the cookies remains recorded in the logs of the services, with retention times in any case not exceeding seven days in the same way as other navigation data.

RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA

Recipients of the data collected as a result of consulting the websites listed above are the following entities designated by the entity, pursuant to Article 28 of the Regulations, as data processors.

• S4win srl, as provider of website development and maintenance services;
• Validus srl as provider of the development, delivery and operational management services of the management system.

The personal data collected are also processed by the staff of the authorized entity, which acts on the basis of specific instructions provided regarding the purposes and methods of such processing.

TRANSFER TO A THIRD COUNTRY

The Holder uses for the services offered by the site of servers located in Italy. Data are not transferred to third countries outside the European Economic Area.

RETENTION PERIOD

Data will be kept for a period of time not exceeding the fulfillment of the purposes, ("principle of limitation of storage," Art. 5 of the EU Regulation) or according to the deadlines stipulated by legal regulations.

OPTIONALITY OF CONSENT

Except as indicated for navigation data that acquire data automatically, visitors are free to provide their personal data or not to provide them. Failure to provide them may result in the inability to be contacted and to know what has been requested.

RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS

Data subjects have the right to obtain from the entity, in the cases provided for, access to their personal data and the rectification or cancellation thereof or the restriction of processing concerning them or to object to processing (Articles 15 et seq. of the Regulation) through specific request to: segreteria@fivi.it

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT

Data subjects who believe that the processing of personal data relating to them carried out through this site is in violation of the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor, as provided for in art. 77 of the Regulation itself, or to take appropriate legal action (art. 79 of the Regulation).

PROFILING

No automated decision-making processes are carried out on aggregated data, except for the purpose of better management of the site.
